Do you tow in the city, or just the suburbs?

Both. We're based in Des Plaines and cover Chicago and the suburbs. Give us your location when you call and we'll confirm an ETA on the spot.

How fast can you get here?

Depends where our truck is when you call. We'll give you a real ETA, not a guess to make you happy — and if we can't get to you fast, we'll say so.

Can you take my car to my own mechanic?

Yes. Your mechanic, your house, a dealership, a tire shop — wherever you say.

What if I don't have a spare tire?

We'll tow you to the nearest tire shop that's open, or wherever you'd rather go.

Do you work with insurance or roadside plans?

We can give you a receipt to submit to your insurance or roadside program for reimbursement. Ask when you call.
